Rebranding concept
After a period of intensive development, Admind Creative Agency found itself in the situation where its visual identity was no longer coherent with the business strategy, offered services and the plans for the future. To take a step forward on the path of international growth and also to strengthen its employer branding the agency decided it urgently needs rebranding and split into two complementary brands: Admind Branding & Communications and Admind Creative Labs.
Admind Branding & Communications is an expert in cutting-edge branding for international clients. It is also a Polish pioneer in the field of creative shared services center. The brand archetype is a creator.
Admind Creative Labs is an incubator of innovative, adventurous and creative campaigns. It simply marches in the avant-garde of advertising. The brand archetype is a hero.
Old logo
The graphic solution
My role in the rebranding process was to create the new visual identity system for the company and its two sub-brands. I found the inspiration in Yin and Yang philosophy which perfectly fits two complementary brand personalities that cooperate and create synergy.
The old red logo became reduced to a symbol of underscore, which is the leitmoif of the new identity system. First, it graphically links the main brand with sub-brands. Secondly, it is used to create simple minimalist patterns. Finally, it builds an open id system, which can be creatively developed in the future.

Typography
The main font used in branding materials is neo-grotesque Acumin Pro. It was designed by Robert Slimbach, who managed to introduce warmth and humanity into its neutrality and architectural structure.
Contrasting weights, widths and cases of two additional fonts — Helvetica Neue Light Condensed and Proxima Nova Bold — are used to highlight complementary sub-brand personalities.

Every member of Admind’s creative team had a chance to design his graphic interpretation of one of the company’s values: responsibility, kindness, cooperation, adventure or satisfaction and contribute to the decoration of office walls. I also took part in this project and my choice was responsibility.
Origami Workshop
2016/2017 Christmass card was the result of the 2-hour origami workshop that I carried out with Admind’s employees.
